1.The Property Purchase Incentive
1.1.The incentive is applicable to all reservations made. .
1.2. The incentive of (i) 20,000 Asia Miles for property price between GBP300,000 and GBP500,000; (ii) 30,000 Asia Miles for property price between GBP500,001 and GBP850,000;(iii) 40,000 Asia Miles for property price between GBP850,001 and GBP999,999; (iv) 54,000 Asia Miles for property price between GBP1,000,000 and GBP1,500,000; (v) 108,000 Asia Miles for property price between GBP1,500,001 and GBP3,000,000; and (vi) 168,000 Asia Miles for property price above GBP3,000,000 will be rewarded to the purchaser upon exchange/completion of contracts.
1.3.The incentive is to be rewarded on per transaction basic. The purchaser must provide their valid Cathay Membership number in the same name of the purchaser at the point of reservation, the incentive being offered is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
1.4.Miles cannot be earned for cancelled reservations or sales contracts.
1.5 Miles are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
2.General
2.1All participants had to be older than 18 years of age.
2.2.The Asia Miles is valid for use in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by Asia Miles Limited. Any additional terms and conditions of related to the use of the rewarded Asia Miles will be communicated by Asia Miles Limited. JLL is not liable for any issues or disputes arising out of the usage of the incentive.
2.3.The Asia Miles incentive being offered is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
2.4.The rewarded Asia Miles will be credited to your Cathay Membership account 6 to 8 weeks after the events attended or sales contracts being exchanged/completed.

2.6.If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the terms and conditions, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
