⁺The following terms and conditions apply to the incentive offered as part of the JLL HK Summer in London Campaign 2024. By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.The Property Tour Incentive
1.1. The incentive is applicable to the participation of the four events : Paddington Gardens on 2 Aug 2024; Canada Water on 3 Aug 2024; One Thames Quay on 9 Aug 2024; Eastman Village on 10 Aug 2024. A 2,000 Asia Miles will be awarded to the participant of these events.
1.2.To be eligible for this incentive, you must be a registered participant of the JLL HK Summer in London Campaign 2024 and registered with your valid Cathay Membership number. The same registrant must attend the event in person to be eligible for the incentive.
1.3.Each participant will be rewarded the maximum of 2,000 Asia Miles.
2.The Property Purchase Incentive
2.1.The incentive is applicable to all reservations made between the dates of 15 Jul 2024 and 15 Sep 2024.
2.2.The incentive of (i) 20,000 Asia Miles for property price between GBP300,000 and GBP500,000; (ii) 30,000 Asia Miles for property price between GBP500,001 and GBP850,000;(iii) 40,000 Asia Miles for property price between GBP850,001 and GBP999,999; (iv) 54,000 Asia Miles for property price between GBP1,000,000 and GBP1,500,000; (v) 108,000 Asia Miles for property price between GBP1,500,001 and GBP3,000,000; and (vi) 168,000 Asia Miles for property price above GBP3,000,000 will be rewarded to the purchaser upon exchange/completion of contracts.
2.3.The incentive is to be rewarded on per transaction basic. The purchaser must provide their valid Cathay Membership number in the same name of the purchaser at the point of reservation, the incentive being offered is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
2.4.Miles cannot be earned for cancelled reservations or sales contracts.
3.General
3.1All participants had to be older
than 18 years of age.
3.2.The Asia Miles is valid for use
in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by Asia Miles Limited.
Any additional terms and conditions of related to the use of the rewarded Asia
Miles will be communicated by Asia Miles Limited. JLL is not liable for any issues
or disputes arising out of the usage of the incentive.
3.3.The Asia Miles incentive being
offered is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other
alternatives.
3.4.The rewarded Asia Miles will be
credited to your Cathay Membership account 6 to 8 weeks after the events
attended or sales contracts being exchanged/completed.
3.5.JLL’s privacy policy applies to
the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in connection with
this incentive. By participating in the JLL HK Summer in London Campaign 2024,
you acknowledge and agree to JLL’s privacy policy.
3.6.If any provision of these terms
and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be
severed from the terms and conditions, and the remaining provisions shall
remain in full force and effect.
3.7.All matters and disputes will be
subject to the final decision of JLL and Asia Miles Limited and Cathay Pacific
Airways Limited.
